ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Michael Kowalczyk, the General Manager, has over 28 years experience in woodworking and related fields.  He is responsible for the design, purchasing, programming and manufacturing processes.  Michael believes that being personally involved in all phases of the operation gives him the ability to be more innovative in the designs, while keeping costs affordable.

BUSINESS PROFILE

Display I.D.E.A.S. was conceived at a Cub Scout meeting when the Cubmaster asked, Michael Kowalczyk, a den leader and committee member, at the time if he could build a dozen displays for ceramic tile.  He said "Sure, just tell me the size and material'.  It started off as a hobby and just kept growing. Then, after three years of labor, Display I.D.E.A.S. was officially born and now ships all over North America.
